Sounds Like Someone Running On My Roof

Sounds like someone running on my roof.

As i sit here in bed trying to get some sleep i cannot. It is nearly every night that i hear what sounds like animals running on the ceiling. It is rather muffled but really loud. Some people report hearing the rolling of nuts.
